Better still, why don't you go to the local art school and show your script to some budding animators. Then put your show on YouTube and, if your script really is good, the world will notice and then The Simpsons will notice and maybe you'll get a job.
The simple formula for sucess is (1) start small (2) grow big. The Simpsons aren't going to read your script until it has some sort of credentials. YouTube is a way to gain credibility. And, if your script sucks (which it prolly does) then YouTube will let you know that also. It's a good, honest system.
I also wouldn't worry about copyright. It's a no lose situation because if your episode flops then TS won't care that you copied their characters. If your episode is popular, then TS will be thrilled for the free publicity. win-win (or no lose).
