Talk to him, get to know him. Just get up and take that risk and go say 'hey how you doin', and be friends, and dependin on if you still want him after the fact, then ask him out. PERSONALLY i'd let it just flow, the whole "will you go out with me?" thing really doesn't work, it's like your offering a job to somebody....so just being friends and lettin it grow from there is much better cause you can then find out yourself if it was worth the infatuation know what i mean?

A crush is the lowest form of relationship. Convert it into a stronger one and he will be with you all the time, everywhere.

first if he already knows that your into him. make a cool approached. like "alright.. i have a crush on you so what?" don't make him feel like you wanna saddle him or something.
but if he still doesn't know.... then talk too him like your just a cool girl that is fun to be with! then start talking to him about the things he really like to do, then maybe you'll discover that you both like to do similar things and then if he gets the impression that your fun to be with he'll ask you to a date. or maybe you could ask him yourself. like if you both like baseball ask him to watch the next baseball game with you. good luck!!!

It depends... does he like you back? Just be friendly, then ask him. If he says no you can always try to stay friends.
