seems like the best movies involve struggle...like Rocky or .....Flashdance....or 8 mile where the hero struggles in his skill or art form for a long time before making it big. Have you had any struggles in your life? IE in your work, business, school, relationship, maybe it's as simple as a bad habit, or addiction, or weight.......and then kept persisting and fought through that struggle...I"d love to hear your stories...and i'm sure lots of people would..thank you for sharing!

I had my first son at 17 (his ""Father" bolted) and just because I was young I didn't let it stop me from being the absolute best Mother I could be to him! I coached his teams, took him to plays, finished school, worked hard and eventually fell in love with a man who loved my son as much as me!!! 15 years later he is an Honour Student, the absolute joy of my parents life, a great trumpet player, has a wicked sense of humour and is a wonderful big brother and role model to our 3 younger sons, ages 9, 4, and 2. ....now if I could just get him to take out the recycling...lol

my struggle in life to find some self-worth and restore my self-esteem and to overcome my weight problem. I'm always thinking that i'm not worthy for any men to love coz i'm not the most beautiful and skinniest woman in the world. I'm constantly questioning his love and doubting my bf's love and are very pessimistic about our relationship and upcoming marriage. Sometimes i sink into depression very easily and struggle to be happy. I'm constantly on a diet and though i'm not suffering from bullima or aneroxic but i will binge eat all the time and then feel guilty.

Im over weight and scared to do any other kind of work than what im doing now which is security. I feel like I cant perform duties when others are around. I feel stupid so I constantly watch what I say and how I say it. Then I get mad at myself because I might think i sounded dumb. I even seem like im mad at someone just because I dont want to talk because Im scared to look stupid. It really sucks to be me I will never suceed in life or work. I will be stuck making 12.50 hr for the rest of my life. Oh yea I live alone and dont go out because Im afraid to make friends aint I just freaking lost it. Im 25 years old

Nothing spectacular. To understand and accept myself deeply and get truly along with me... And this way with others too. That was always my struggle i guess and i m really persistant cause it pays back bigtime. I belong to the people to wich this wasnt always easy. I ve made lots of progress but you never stop working on that...

Re-capturing the love & trust of my kids after they were kidnapped.
I still haven't bonded w/ my son who is 32 yrs.old.
My daughter & I have just begun to speak to one another.
She's 28 yrs. old. ( was 5 yrs. old ) when kidnapped.
I believe we're making progress.
I still haven't gotten over the initial kidnapping. My Mom was the
culprit. I didn't press charges. And I still have issues w/ her.
