`The barn owl, or tito alba, is exempt from FAA flight training rules and don't need a license. Generally, they take from 7 to 8 weeks of training by their parents to learn how to fly.

An owl has it's pilot license from birth, for they know how to fly once they are old enough to support their weight.

1) he must find a pilot waving his license.
2) he must distract the pilot
3) he must swoop quickly to lift it

It could take a long time. Especially if searching through pockets.
