I just remember that she was known as Mad Lizzie. She had masses of curly hair and did an exercise program with a massive smile on her face the whole time. The Green Goddess did something similar on another channel.

Oh my God, she came before the Motivator!!! She was crazy...Mad Lizzie...really annoyingly bouncy first thing in the morning (Good Morning Britain - TV am show)...she had a few videos out too...'shake out with Lizzie' was one of them!! Ha ha she was one mad woman she was. Diane Moran was the Green Goddess..BBC1s popular fitness guru who was far more, shall we say, sedate than Lizze Webb.
