Guys I need help with current electricity...I have no idea how to do the questions and I need a physics pro to help me go through 22 questions with me due tomorrow!!

e.g) a bird lands on a power line carrying 1200 A. the resistance of the cable is 1.0 x 10^-5 ohm/m. If the bird's feet are 3 cm apart, what potential difference exists across its body?

please anyone add me now on msn...tainted_kittie@hotmail.com

please!! I am so desperate

E = IR
E = 1200A(10^-5 ohms/m)(3 cm)(1 m/100 cm)
E = .000036 Volts, or 36 microvolts

ability distinction is given via equation V=I*R on condition that R*=a million.0*10^5 ohm/m it follows that interior the area of three cm = 0.03 m the resistance is R=a million.0*10^5 ohm/m * 0.03 m = 3 * 10 ^3 ohm So V=1200 A * 3 * 10 ^3 ohm = 3.6 * 10 ^6 Volt
