Why is it that we learn to love people over time, but when a mother has a child, she loves him the second she lays eyes on him/her?

This is the greatest single act that links animals with humans.I have seen, repeatedly , in the various TVchannels the response of the mother animal to the young . I think this single , unique act alone is the proof of the way the creator has planned to perpetuate his creation.It seems totally preprogrammed, intuitive and amazing..
That she has given birth to a life , that depends so much on her for survival is the single compelling reason for the mother to love her child

It is the part of mother which had remained connected with her for more then nine months, so what she hadn't seen her child before, but it is a fact that she had felt her child every moment. There is a bond between the two. Isn't it enough for a mother to love her child.
Child is the most beautiful creation of God and I guess no one can resist to love a child and so far mother of a child is concerned, she must be feeling herself blessed to have one priceless gift from God.

Experience.. the best gift of nature to a mother !
The child was physically a part of her till the child birth separated them !
With deepening of perception beyond sense organs, this possibility is open to every human being too !
In the case of mother, this experience is provided by nature, though very few grow beyond this wonderful experience !

Wow-deep question. I don't know what made me instantly love my daughter. Instinct, I guess. Because babies can't fend for themselves, Mother Nature gave us an emotional bond with our children to help raise them to the point where they can take care of themselves.
The love is amazing really. If you would have asked me 5 years ago would I think I could love another person as much as I do my daughter, I probably would have told you no. Boy would I have been wrong! Everyday she tells me "Mommy, you're BEAUTIFUL" , and I love her more right then and there. (No matter how much gum she gets in her hair, how messy her room gets, and how dirty she gets on the playground...LOL!)

It's a special bond that you that you make with your baby after it is born, it's impossible to describe as it's so overwhelming but the love you feel is like no other,it's so very very special and no matter how old they grow to be they are always still your babies,as it's a protective love as well,when you become a mum you will no what i'm on about

she loves him/her long before her eyes see them. in the womb they are her. she ses them at birth and recognizes herself. a creation that she made. a copy of herself. she gives litle recognition to the come job the father did and rightfuly so. he contributed a sinsle cel which contained information her body needed. like he could even give a ****. she made the baby. if you realy want to know the diference betwen how nature considers women and how it considers men, email me and i wil tel you. very few men or women even know this extremely important fact.
