Hippopotomonstrosusquipedalian (phoenetic spelling sorry!) means pertaining to extremely large words. Or antidisestablishmentarianism is another we often quote like you. How about Raxicoricofallapatorius - where the Slitheen come from.
Take a look at the link below it has a few interesting bits of information for you and links!

llanfairpwllgwyn-
gyllgogerychwyr-
ndrobwllllantysili-
ogogogoch (all one word)
It is a place name of a small town in North Wales and it means "Saint Mary's church in the hollow of the white hazel near a rapid whirlpool and the church of Saint Tysilio of the red cave."
There is also a form of this name with the extention "uchaf" on the end adding the meaning of `Higher` or `Upper` to the word.

just to add info for another answer on here, floccinaucinihilpilification (not sure i can spell it right, on second thoughts!) means judging a particular person / thing / action etc as having no value, literally judging it to be nothing (nihil=nothing)
