The anarchy can destablize the middle east. The US cannot leave unless there is some semblance of order in Iraq or in a divided Iraq. It's likely that the Iraq Study Group, a panel headed by former Secretary of State James Baker will recommend dividing Iraq into three parts. The central government of Iraq had arranged for oil contracts with multinational companies, but things are so unstable in Baghdad now, that these may be meaningless.

George Bush is a very clever man...this was all planned, there is no chaos in Iraq.
Here's the plan:
1. Invade the country
2. Kill thousands
3. Install puppet government
4. Turn one bunch of looney religious clowns against the other
5. While they're busy killing each other, we steal the oil.
