I beleive they are to busy thinking so hard they forget to recall the question and complete the process- Also I think it has something to do with choosing a best answer cost 3 points why not be a cheapskate and let the site choose the answer?

but I shall have to keep an eye on this to see what others think- So don't resolve it too soon! haha
