well :
beauty - misleading
brains - advantage
money - comes and goes; thus, no use
talent - impressive
language - attractive
love - eternity
peace - always desired and reqiured
good heart - desireable
success - imposter
thereby, i will always opt for talent, love and good heart collectively in a person.

With 16 answers you probably don't need my opinion, but here it is anyway.
Beauty: pfffff, there better be something more than that if your loved one or you go through a windscreen! (a bit dark, i know!)
Money: it comes, it goes.
Talent: everyone has it in some shape or form..it just depends whether you appreciate it.
Brains: Just like talent, everyone has a brain..it's up to the individual to take the time to discover the strength of every particular brain.
Success: Define it for me! Successful money maker? Successful career? Successful parent? Successful child? Successful at juggling all that life throws at you?
Language: What? A multi-lingual person? Or someone that has an enormous command of their native language?
Love, Peace, Good Heart: These are my personal goals, and what I look for in other people.
I'd like to add one more item to your list..Sense of Humour: It's what makes life bearable & fun!

What impresses me is someone who is good humoured, generous and most importantly someone who I can be myself around. I find it so hard to meet people these days with a good sense of humour, which leads to me being someone that I am not. I like a good laugh. Looks and money are honestly things that do not impress me much. The good heart is a big positive in someone too.

Impresses......well, aesthetics (appearance, language, talent as you've mentioned) can capture me...uno, the outside appearances that can fade if they have a poor life outlook. What keeps me intrigued or 'captured' is something deeper...spiritual...a good heart...energy...passion...drive.
an ability to be lighthearted or serious to match the topic or occassion...brains...definitely...humour...spirituality...a willingness to communicate is ideal.
