"How to change the font and color of a filename saved in a PC? Or, how to save a file using a filename in different font and color?

Open the saved file and highlight the contents and choose Ur font and color and save it again.

u didnt say what sort of file it was but i'll take a guess at a document, so u would open the file up eg in word and then u can change the font,colour text etc..by using the toolbar at the top of the page.

if it is a word file, select all and open format option by right click, here u can change the colour and font style , font size etc

Do you mean changing the files icon appearence, and title's font in explorer ? If that is your question it can only be done for all, and not single items.

use wordpad from start menu > accesories > wordpad and select the font settings and change the font and font colours.
save it in .doc format though.
if you want to change the background colour, you need to use microsoft words program or other similar programs and select format > background settings.
ps: do not save in .txt format.

hiiiiiiiiiii perfect click on loose area of laptop decide for APPEAREANCE tab written merely after screan saver left click on more suitable written on perfect maximum nook of window then slect "products" which u decide to alter & then exchange its colour or font or length or what ever u desire after adjustments click "ok'' then"prepare" desire it will help u bye
