Considering the extent of governmental secrecy regarding UFO's, why wouldn't the U.S. government, among others, hide an ultra secret space program utilizing captured alien technology?

NO, the planet thus far has only been explored by satellites and landers (robotic vehicles). The International space station circles the earth 220 miles above. This is the next step to mars exploration. We will use this station as a stepping stone to the moon first. We will try to establish a base on the moon before attempting a man landing on Mars.

Yes, they are! They're working together with Martians to create a facility within a Utopian environment; this facility will house elite world leaders, who will be flown there by alien aircraft in the event of an Event-Level Extinction.

In Fact they already have Antigravity technology at Groom Lake Along with there Hypersonic aircrafts, Laser Weaponary, EMP weapons And a host of other Advance Technologies Including Warp Drive!!!! And it not Alien Tech either. We Developed it.

I love this kind of stuff too but you're piling speculations on top of assumptions on top of other speculations. I have a friend who does the exact same thing and sometimes it drives me crazy because I don't know which one to repond to. This Question would have been better conceived as a series of questions over a number of days leading in the general direction of one or two of the things you're trying to open people's minds to.
A series of Questions such as:
1) Has the US Government found anything in space that they haven't told us about? subtext: What would be good reasons for them to keep it secret?
2) Would the US Government tell us if they found something really valuable on another planet? subtext: Or would they keep quiet about it and just keep it for the profit of the rich and powerful?
3) Has NASA found anything else on Mars that's weird like the Face?
Subtext: Such as what?
