Try to talk to and make the first move to know?

Could it be possible to get a negative outcome, coz u see boys and gals, a person i love ignore more and its been two weeks that i haven't heard from him. One of the girl told me to talk to him and make the first move inorder for me to know whether his into me still or no more, but the reality is i did my part exerted every ways of getting through to him. I e-mailed, texted and even called him but no answer at all. i even talked to his best friend discussed such thing to him and his so shocked and sorry to hear such thing.
