You don't. If you think that you've been blocked, you'll have to ask someone else, to ask them, if they blocked you. You may not even receive a message saying anything.

When you block someone, part of the whole idea is that they don't know it.

If you use Yahoo! Messenger, after you send a message, the automatic reply "You are on this user's Ignore List" (or something like this) will appear. If you are ignored by a person, that person will also appear permanently offline in your Friends list.

I just dropped in to see what answers you'd get.

Actually, you will not know if you are in anybody's iggy bin, except that he can't "see"you or any of your messages.

Many a time, I've got friends of mine landing in the iggy bin, thanks to my filters, and I'd only know, as they would, too, when I didn't reply to their question.

I had a friend of mine who'd set the filter for "www" and every time I went "Awwww", I went to her iggy bin!?

So, like someone said before, ask a common friend to see if you've landed in your friends iggy bin!

Happens to the best of us, so, don't misunderstand your friend.

All the best.

Cheers
