insemination is the act of introducing the male seman into the female womb by any artificial process,
This process is very common in todays modern world and is normally used when the male of the partnership was found to be sterile and unable to reproduce.
The sperm is from an unknown donor in normal circumstances.
The immaculate conception is more of a fable than truth and no scientific study proves it is possible,
The best known case of immaculate conception is the case of the Virgin Mary(the mother of jesus)According to the bible Mary never had any sexual activity but went on to mother Jesus,
I think its very unlikely but hey never say never.
thanks
