I just didn't get it. Is there going to be a sequel?

Are you familiar with the Indian epic The Mahabharatha? It is based on that. Its too long to explain. Neo is blind and the machines support him to face the baddie. Condition is that if he dies, the machines would kill him and take over the world. The goon is an anomally, a virus, that the machines don't like. So when the goon infects Neo and changes him, Neo loses. So the machine kills Neo. In turn killing a replica of the baddie and killing all the goons. So the order is restored.

it's not bad. but, it's not great.
personnaly i thought Keanu Reeves' performance rocked. on the other hand i think Laurence Fishburne's (Morpheus) performance sucked.
the animation and sweet effects was great. the movie didn't end that well though. like it was missing something. Trinity's best performance was probably in Matrix Reloaded.
so, would i suggest watching it a second time? Absolutely. watch it a third time? No way!!!

i love movies..but matrix..hummm......dont know..lol...but hey ...maybe we can rent all the movies one night and watch em....then talk about em?
