As others have mentioned it's called Phrenology.
Not the most accepted of practices now, but if you happen to turn into a homicidal maniac, just blame being dropped on your head as a child and get the court to feel your noggin. Case dismissed!!! Not your fault.
Maybe there's a place for it after all.

Associative logic requires the answer to be headistry. Though the answer could also be bumpistry (as reading palms is palmistry, reading bumps is bumpistry).
Of course phrenology was a bogus psychological branch that attempted to profile personality and traits by the shape and size of a person's head.

It's called Phrenology, as others have told you. It is way less interesting than palm reading however. Who knows whether those bumps are from a kid hitting you in the head with a baseball or naturally occurring? Perhaps by the wincing of the person? Just wondering.

Phrenology. Also affectionately (and incorrectly) named "Bumpology".
Terry Pratchett , in his Discworld books, names it "Retrophrenology", defined as "the practice of altering someone's character by giving them bumps on the head. You can go into a shop in Ankh-Morpork and order an artistic temperament with a tendency to introspection. What you actually get is hit on the head with a large hammer, but it keeps the money in circulation and gives people something to do."

Phrenology (from Greek: ÏÏήν, phrÄn, "mind"; and λÏγοÏ, logos, "knowledge") is a theory which claims to be able to determine character, personality traits, and criminality on the basis of the shape of the head (reading "bumps").
