it will not survive long as the shell is like a bone structure its a protection for it
its really a tank slow heavy but well armoured with out a shell its homeless i suppose
as nakedness is a human thing no animal dresses like we do

I would say he/she was homeless, and would recomend that they should go to the Shelter For The Homeless.
