to gain weight which im working on that to help expand my breast size? I am very very small for a 29 year old. Please only serious answers from women . I only weight like 94lbs right now i have an eating disorder and i am working on that. So any help will be appreciated..thanks

nutrition is key - lots of protein and veggies- also I found that the breast contouring creams really help to swell and lift the breasts - Avon makes an excellent one. My friend has a very small chest (A), and the cream makes her look like a large B, small C - no joke.

There's really nothing. If you want to LOOK like your breast size is more in clothes, then use padded bras and one's that uplift you and support you.

maybe try different bra sizes. or bra that push up your boobs. i hope you go well getting over you eating disorder
