Cisco does not publish age information for their certifications. But you can rest assured that there are high-school students studying for and passing the CCNA exam. I'm guessing the youngest ever for CCNA is in the 15 to 16 year old range. They do this in high school because many colleges now have "Cisco Networking Academy" programs after which you have a CCNP or CCDP or both.
