If they know for sure they are illegals they WILL "bust them". Problem is it's not that easy for employers to establish that someone is illegal IF they present paperwork that looks like it's real. It would be regarded as discrimination if an employer refused to hire someone simply because they are Mexican.

Also dont forget illegal immigrants DO pay taxes and thats funny you said you ve been discriminated against by Mexican workers..."Welcome To Our World". If you are American why dont you just go to college and get an education that way you dont have to get a job at McDonalds. I bet if illegals had the many opportunities you have as an american they would USE them. Unlike alot of Americans that drop out of school and get shitty jobs. Just know that YOU are lucky because you can live legally and with no problems in a "FREE" country. Dont give the poor illegal immigrants more problems than they already have!
