My high school job was to work at GoodWill. I got to open the packages of "new" merchandise twice a week. There were always about 10 little old ladies who would be there and fight over the goods.

I had a summerjob at a plant producing soap. Well, the soap attracted rats and as they had gnawed at the electrical wires some of them were bared. This meant that the rats died gnawing at the wires and as they were very difficult to get hold of high up under the ceiling thay just lay there, rotting. That was quite an experience, even highlighted by the fact that it didn't pay very well.
