I've been looking everywhere but can't find a recipe. All I know is that it probably has lemongrass or palmarosa in it.

Ever heard of phythamismus? Put that in it. Burns the tongue a little but it works. I don't know what you're trying to get rid of or who your trying to cast a spell on but try that. Totally makes the person dehydrate for about 6 hours. To make em itch, just add some grasshopper juice.
