We know what we know through a mixture of genetic intelligence, experience, and putting the two together.

What we learned from our parents and friends we grew up with, teachers and neighbors from our childhood mostly. The first 7 years of our lives are the most formatable. IQ - from parents genes and from how they teach us & enthuse us to learn. Experience from living. Our curiosity also gets us into things that may teach us a thing or 2.
