It would be BRITANNIA, 'cause the most dignified Constitutional Monarch ever ! The people have the right sense to place the King/Queen where they belong !
You know someone sometime back remarked that, by the turn of the century there would only be two Kings remaining. One is the British king the other one in the playing cards !

I'd choose Britain, partly because it is such an interesting place and partly because I am descended (as is probably half the planet) from English kings -- a LONG way back. But I would probably have more authority on any of the other thrones.
