I would like to wear it out to a bar/club I'm going out to with my friends. I don't usually wear low cut dresses but I LOVE this one. Do you think it's too ? If so, is there a way cover the top of it a bit without wearing a bulky noticeable singlet underneath?

I think its really cute and fun, go for it.
Its not too open, since the empire waist band holds it together, but if you feel a bit uncomfatable about it, try attaching a thin black lace or net inside.

well its meant to be worn that way you know, low cut, so if you do wear something underneath it may take away from the dress, it wont look as cute in other words. maybe a very thin little black three quarter sleeve sweater over may still look cute, but leave the front open. That would look better than putting something underneath it

if u think u are going to be comfortable in the dress then wear it.
since u also love it.
if u WANT to cover the top then u could wear something which totally matches with ur dress and u could make it look as if it were a part of the dress.
