I know motorola v3x, samsung D600, and those sony ericcson phones have 2megapixel cams, but are they crystal clear? are they good? any other phones with good cams?

Most Cellphone cameras offer a woolly Image(Not too Sharp)
Have you checked out the Sony Erricson range!?
They are supposed to have crystal clear images from their cameras!
Or the Nokia N93 with The Carl Ziess lens!
