The Jets over Miami is a VERY safe bet. My upset (which I don't think is a true upset) is the New York Giants over Atlanta. The Giants "D" have been playing WAY below expectations and they will step it up against Vick.

DaBears. They are the best team in the NFL right now, leading the league in both points scored a game, and points given up a game. They are playing an Arizona team featuring a rookie quarterback (Matt Leinart), a struggling runningback (edgerrin james), their offensive line is struggling, and their best reciever is injured (Larry Fitzgerald), and they are playing a dominant bears defense. On the offensive side the cardinals are really struggling, and with an amazing bears offense featuring Rex Grossman, Thomas jones, Muhsin Muhammed, and bernard berrian, i see the bears putting up at least 30 points this week. All in all i just don't see the Bears not covering the spread this week, so DaBears are your best pick this week.

I keep telling people that Denver has the best record in the NFL when it comes to beating the spread. They will do so again against Oakland.
ALWAYS bet on Denver to beat the spread - ALWAYS. In the last 20 years they are over .800 against the spread.

If your a gambling man i would definitely say to go with oakland to lose to denver. The kicker is that there giving denver a +17 point spread. I do believe denver will win and i'm a diehard oakland fan but i don't think they will cover a 17 point spread. I put my money on it.. If denver wins and doesnt cover the spread i win 1300 (hell yeah)...

take the bears over the cardinals and lay the 11 points. the bears have scored more points and given up the fewest points than any team in football. dennis green has lost control of the cardinals and doesn't even talk to his players. this game is the lock of the year.
