What?
If you're asking about the dangers of "over-sterilizing" our environment & homes, it's that we don't get exposed to certain bacteria & viruses as kids. Then, when we finally are exposed as adults - the disease is much worse.
This happened with polio 50 years ago or so. The disease mainly affected the middle & upper classes because the lower class was exposed at a very early age & developed immunity.

a clean environment is good, a sterile one is bad.
our immune system requires use, and our body is bombarded with thousands of germs a year that our body fights off.
if you are in a sterile environment for too long, you wont have the most recent germs identified by your system, and could get really sick in the future.
everytime we get the 'flu' it is a newer strain, and our immune system keeps a record of it for later defense.
missing out on that could leave you open to a deadlier version that has mutated since your last one.
so its better to get sick every now and again just for the immune system mapping to take place. you will never get sick from the same strain twice. only its mutation. oops, starting to go out on a tangent...
