I believe that after they are convicted beyond a reasonable doubt, they should be despatched to an island facility where they have no contact with any other human beings, including each other. Kind of like a Supermax prison, except with fewer activities and stimuli. Reduce the protein in their diets, disrupt their sleep-wake cycles, and re-program them. Additionally, cause them to perform some solitary work to pay for the costs of their detention and re-education.
The brainwashing techniques effected for three millenia may have some effectiveness.
Hold their families and friends and facilitators accountable for their behaviors.
Addendum: I have noticed that previous answers seem to ignore the fact that there are also female predators.

1. Castrate them- I bet people would think twice before molesting if this was the consequence!! (Lewis-I'm not ignoring female predators. Female castration takes place in several countries around the world, and involves the removal of the labia and clitoris, and makes sex painful, unpleasant, and unmotivated)
2. The jail time should be life in prison, not four or five years and then out on parole to molest again!

send them to general population in jail then announce to the other prisoners why they are there they will take care of them and make sure they suffer daily and nightly
