Domain is like the place of where your server puts all the info, Server is, well, the Server, and isp address stands for Internet Service Provider Address. You can see all of this info's by going to Start -> Run -> cmd -> Press enter -> ipconfig -> Press enter. =)

Click start, Run, Type in CMD & Hit return. A dos type window pops up and type in ipconfig and hit enter. All your info is displayed.
