take a day off but get up as if you were going to work go to the flower shop get a beautiful arrangement or preorder a fewdays and pick it up that day, get some chocolates nothing with liquor or sour in it trust me on this one. Buy a humble breakfast the she would like or prepare one once you get home as you will only be out a few hours getting the flowers and the chocolate. Surprice her by giving her the roses alogn with the breakfast once she is done hop in bed with her and the chocolates and cuddle with her make her feel special something you should be doing everyday but for one day make it much more dramatic. Trust me it will work out for both of you just perfect, remember that she is very sensitive right now and you been suportive and even if she gets you mad keep your cool and let her misstreat you because thats how it goes, trust me on this one when you see your baby it will remind you that what you put up with was all worth it. GOOD LUCK AND MY BEST WISHES TO YOU AND YOURS!

Something like a pedicure, but not, because I'm sure the nail polish fumes aren't good for her now. How bout getting her a professional massage, or a spa trip? She'd appreciate that-- I don't know any girl that wouldn't!

Well you could help around the house more, like clean dishes, mop the floor, little things like that should really help. Hope everything goes well for ya.

Speaking from experience one of the nicest things I received at the end of my pregnancy was a foot spa kit that included foot massage lotion and slippers. It was very thoughtful and well appreciated.
