no hardly ever unless there are complications. if you have it done in the morning you might stay til the afternoon and possibly if you have it at night, until the next morning

i recently had one and with me i was in hospital about3 hours before the op then they operated, went into recovery and i was out the same day.... where as there mite be complications with you but it is highly unlikely... your doctor mite also just want to keep you overnight just to make sure all is well
