How do I unclog my internet tubes?

I use 2 cleaning methods to speed up my pc. One is ccleaner [crap cleaner] and the other is autoruns by sysinternals. google them and use them frequently. ccleaner clears out your caches to speed things up and autoruns shows you what is running on your pc in the background. If it is unwanted just deselect it. They are both free. If you are using internet explorer you should also use internet options to delete files.

unplug your modem while it's on. no joke. give it 2 min. then plug it back in. this cleans out the cache in it. this is from an IT.
