To see if your computer will even bootup anymore, restart your computer (turn it off and then back on again) and while it's starting up press F8 to bring up the startup menu. Then use your up/down keys to select "safemode" and press enter. If it starts like that, then there's something in your system causing it to crash such as some new software you installed that's conflicting with your system's files, or you may have installed a rather nasty Trojan and or Virus...
Once you know if you can get your computer to start at all, then go from there on what you want to do next...

It may take a recover disk or a clean install from the installation disk. You reboot, and tap the function button for the program page it takes to set things up F2,F12 or F8.
You need to get it to reboot with the operating system, then eveything else is blank, you start over.

u load a bootable operating cd and then follow win XP does most of the things for u and in vista u can insert the cd and relax it will do everytiung 4u

If you have xp.When you restart it push F10 as it starts.Then wait for it to go through the process.
