KOLLYWOOD:
Movies like Godfather – which has Ajit in the lead in 3 roles and is renamed as Varalaru, Vallavan that has Simbu in the lead, Dharmapuri with Vijayakanth, E with Jeeva, Thirumagan with Sarathkumar, Vathiyar, Vattaram, and Thalaimagan are the ones that have created huge expectations and are gearing up for the Diwali release race. Among these Godfather and Vallavan are the frontrunners and have already gained favor with distributors and exhibitors. Most of the top theatres in the state have already charted either of these two films for Diwali.
BOLLYWOOD:
While Garam Masala, Kyon Ki and Shaadi No. 1 are the hottest releases this Diwali, there is another movie that has crept up for a slot on the crucial Friday.
Well, this is not the case of Rishi Kapoor-Dimple Kapadia evergreen classic 'Bobby' getting a re-release with an improved picture and sound quality but a small time sleaze flick 'Bobby - Love & Lust' that stars actors like Monalisa, Hyder Kazmi, Vishwajeet Pradhan, Usha Bachani, Mohan Joshi and Milind Gunaji.
In the making for quite some time now, 'Bobby' is written and produced by Hyder Kazmi, while Rakesh Parmaar does the screenplay and direction.
