"WHY?" Everything was why, to this day I still ask why all the time,,, it just makes me feel good to know why, is this a woman thing or do men do this too?

My favorite questions when I was a little girl were "why?" and "how?" I was always asking those two questions about anything and everything, and I could go on asking "why?" forever in a somewhat annoying chain. I also was constantly curious on how things worked--the technical details of everything. What is really interesting about this is that, like you, I still ask "why?" but I mostly ask "how?" If I think of something off of the top of my head, even a small subject that is completely random and unimportant, I will immediately rush to the computer to research it. I think this stems from the fact that I LOVE science. I adore every science there is, and I never get bored reading about science. Scientists are always asking "why?" and "how?" That is how learning and progress is made. Men do this also, I am sure, but it doesn't have to do so much with gender as it does with the craving for knowledge. Man or woman, one has to have the so called "need to read."

Why, do you ask? Just kidding. Yes I was like that as a kid, and I still am. It is not specific to any one sex to ask why to anything except sometimes I may not want to know the answers to somethings.

Why do you have a ballerina avatar? Is it because you're going for the fragile, melancholic look?

We all asky why. :-) Until we think we know everything; then we learn nothing more.

Hopefully, we all ask WHY. I say "Gee, I never saw that before."
This annoyed my husband. His comment was" why don't you write a book with that title?" See? HE asked WHY!
