I don't know if you know this but Google is not a browser so you cannot compare Internet Explorer with Google.
Internet Explorer is sure the best browser out there better than firefox specially IE 7.
Google is best for it's searches.

Google isn't a browser. It's a search engine. A browser is your portal into the Internet. Google is place you go after you get there.
Does one have better search than the other? Google is the king there.

Google is a search engine. IE is the browser which sucks. Try Mozilla Firefox. It's lightyrs better than IE.

i think you are little confused
internet explorer is a browser whereas google is a search engine
you can try new browser such as opera,firefox etc. which are surely better than internet explorer.

Actually i prefer Internet explorer rather than google, the interface is more friendly, but it all depends on the person.

A browser only displays the web on your screen.
Firefox and IE are browsers

also , an aple is a better fruit than a house music is ..
btw .. google becomes more and more dishonest and unpredictable and monopolizing , and they try to dictate their rulls which ruins small sites and webmasters, thus giving power to mega-big companies .. and soon all you'll find on google would be the vell known verizon, ebay, bank of america, etc .. you try to find something unique that only one small site offers - you won't
