Beef =Mad Cow
Vegtables =E-Coli
Fish =Water Polution,Mercury
What are the people in our Goverment doing to put better and more stronger Food Regulations in our systems. Has it gone that far, with all the Global event that are taking place these days, that they have no time to make sure our country has a decent, ,healthy, untainted,and disease free , food source. Are we going to end man kind not by war but by famine...could we actually deminish our food source by making it inedible

You make a extremal valid point here. All my working life I have been in food production of some sort..you no.. farming.. commercial fishing..anyway.. the world is getting more and more people all the time.. More processed foods .. more chemicals.. larger companies making more (cheaper) volume.
Get a few acres.. grow all your stuff. can. freeze.
Like I said I have been in food production.. and there is a lot of things I don't eat.

Just eat air. Oh wait, that's not even safe either. We are bombarded with toxins every day. What can we do? Eat as healthily as possible and use antioxidants and other detoxifiers. Drink Green tea and try organic produce from clean environments.

You can't get the Bird Flu by eating chicken. In fact, just stay clear of chicken fecal matter.
As for vegetables, either grow your own or wash them really well.
