My fiance has US Green Card and has just moved to US, and intends to take me there as well for our marriage. But I don't know how long it takes and since she is not yet settled down there she doen't know either. Not bad to mention that we are Iranian. Who can give a hand on this?

If you can convince Immigration that you are not coming here to destroy our country, you can come to visit and can marry while you are here. If you are asking about living here permanently or becoming a US citizen, that's another matter. The green card means they can work here but they are not a citizen. Their green card doesn't make any difference to whether you can stay here, whether you marry or not. If they become a US citizen and you marry, that can make it easier for you to immigrate, but it still takes time. The reference should be a good place to start looking for details.
