I would first take an oath to work in honest and decent manner.

I would do several things. It's hard to say what I'd do first. I might start drilling for oil in Alaska, or I might impose harder sentances to people that need to meet their maker. I might even start to build up the military so that it could be as good as it was in WW2.

The Military used to have people that were in trucks that delivered the Gas to the tanks. Yes not easy job, but wouldn't that be better than having to pay someone to do it?

You can thank Bill Clinton for destroying our military in that way. That is most likely what I'd do first.

if i were the US president, i'd definately retreat all the troops back to their homes as i'm sure they miss their families. I'll be imposing more social benefits for people who fought / died for US. that's what i'll be doing if i'm lucky enough to become a president
