I went to see a movie and again I realized why I don't like to go there as much as I used to...
There was an person sitting in front of me that kept talking on her cell phone during the whole time, than behind me a teenage girl had put her feet up right next to my head, and of course there was a kid crying (what the heck? It was rated movie!!!)
So, from now on, I'll just go and rent the an DVD buy me a box of popcorn for $1.95 and stay at home…

Going. The screen and sound are superior, and so is the popcorn.

You have to have the guts to tell cell phone person to shut up and stare down shoe girl until she puts her feet down. Or, at least go with a friend who will. Though, I didn't know what to do to deal with excessive perfume lady.

I like the suggestion of waiting few weeks, or go at an off time, to see the movie when it's less crowded. But wouldn't it be the best if you just had your own home theater with a popcorn machine?

I delight in doing the two. yet when I spend funds to ascertain a movie in a theatre, it had extra effective be a solid one, or it extremely is a waste of time and funds. I do delight in the income of seeing a dvd at homestead and having the ability to loosen up on an identical time as I watch a movie. I nonetheless watch movies on the VCR by way of fact I definitely have some stable ones. If i do in comparison to what's on a dvd, i'm able to consistently take it out. The final movie I observed in a theatre became "Beowulf". the only before that became "Elizabeth- the Golden Age" It became staggering.

Both. Some things are just better on the big screen like Star Wars, I mean the cool ones and you know which ones I mean, Superman: The Movie or even Spiderman you just can't get the same effect at home even if you have a great home theater system. Some things are alright to watch at home but widescreen is better. You see it more as it was intended to be seen.

I definitely like renting the DVD and staying home. Hubby bought a big screen tv a few years ago and that just makes it much more enjoyable. (Probably from savings of NOT paying those crazy prices in the theater!!)

Home! even though im only 21, I cant stand going to the movie theatre anymore because of all the little 12 and 13 year olds. they talk the whole time, and they text message so their cell light goes on and off. Once in a while it is fun to go, but other than that is pretty crappy.

I love waiting until the movie has been out a few weeks and going to see it in the theatre. That way it's me and only a couple other people. It's great!
