Its because of the male harmon testosterone.In fact, scientists have discovered that this harmon is the thing which makes them a MAN.This harmon is in low quantities when they are kids and also when they get very old and it is at its peak when men are young.

Men a fired by testosterone. That's what gives us whiskers and big hands and that high sex drive. One of the magical differances between men and women is that men can see small details in the distance and have little periphiral vision and ladies are vice versa. Ladies can check out a member of the opposite sex with her periphiral vision, us guys have to do the roaming eyes thing.

Humans have evolved very complicated behavioral patterns intended to maximize reproductive success.
For a man to reproduce, he must have sex. That's it, boom. he's done. Fourty five minutes later, he can reproduce again. Sure, he can stick around, and help raise his kids if he wants to, and that's a good idea, but really, he can just come by now and again to see that they're still around.
For a woman to reproduce, she must have sex, then she must get more food than usual, get enormously fat, suffer from terrible back pain, and squeeze a human child the size of a watermellon out of an opening the size of a lemon. After this, it takes her body a few more months before she is ready to reproduce again, and this child of hers will DIE if she does not help it. If the child dies, she has not effectively reproduced, because the child has not lived long enough to pass on any of it's genetic material.
For a child to reproduce, it must obtain breast milk from a woman for several months after it is born, it must be loved, and carried, and hugged, and played with, and taught, and trained... and raised to the age of a biological adult, at which point it must have sex.
Just why this difference exists is a question, but imagine for a minute that you could perform all the tasks of an expectant mother in about fifteen minutes, and raise the kid for free in another 45 minutes, but after your man got off, he would need to lie around, and get fed for almost a year.
Would you worry about the personality of the father? Would you care whether or not he was a good provider? would you want a "relationship," or would you just go out, and have as many kids as possible since it was no big drain on your time or income? In effect, you would probably act more like a guy, and constantly look around for a potential sexual partner... because YOU could do it more than your partner. This is the life of a man. He can go out, have sex, and be ready for it again at a moment's notice.
Traditionally, throuhghout all of recorded history, the solution has been for the man to have multiple partners through the process of polygamy, prostitution, and massively bloody wars that killed off large numbers of "surplus" men, who were not needed to fertilize all the women around.
Today's more peaceful society, and equalized sexual roles have forced some major changes in behavior, and for the most part, the changes are good... but a guy can still fertilize a small village in about the same time it takes for a woman to give birth, and we know it, and many of us wish that we could.

Testosterone is the chemical in men and women that seems to up the sex drive. Maybe they have more of it. It might be more the socialization of the genders though.
Also, women are portrayed as sex OBJECTS in our society, causing men to disrespect them as such.

well , why do women wear mini skirt and sexy dresses ? put lipstick , sport perfrumes ?
its hard for men to not look at these things ; and we just smile .
hey after all women are part of nature...so we are just enjoying natural beauty as such ....

Because it's the #1 thing all men do. Every single man does it cause it's part of life. As for women, the #1 thing they do is of course gossip. And it's true.

I was surprise to realize that some woman can act that way. I seen woman acting like that with man or other woman even.
There is man who are so timid and they will never act that way. It also depend of the male hormone level present in man body.every man are different like every woman are different. Man who are young, healthy often are the one who dare the most looking insistent ly at woman.
Sport drive male hormone up and can make man more horny than those who are not in to sport. Its the same situtatio for woman.The more spot you are, the more sexual you get
