Justice is about getting what you deserve. Your being born does not entitle you to the wealth earned by someone else. Its not yours to decide what to do with it.

It is nothing but base envy to lust for the wealth of another. Better for the wealth to go to one worthless heir than to 50 worthless looters.

We share no values with the French Revolution.

“In the same number of years it had taken America to travel the road from the Declaration of Independence to the signing of the Constitution, the French went from beheading their king to the coronation of their new emperor. The mindless slaughter that filled the gap was the translation of French political philosophy into practice.”

Liberty and the Rule of Law are incompatible with the egality proposed by the French revolution and the ideas you propose.

Inheritance doesn't necessarily cause inequalities. It's human greed. There're a lot of people who were and are self-made millionaires and billionaires but because of greed, they perpetuate inequalities. When their children inherit the fortune, they will still carry on with the inequalities as long as they are greedy. But there are some not greedy and give away their wealth in charities, honestly. These people are usually not very well known, internationally. Personally, Bill Gates is NOT one of them. He's just doing it for show. Or else, if he's really that generous then he should never be so darn monopolistic.

People have narrow loves, so they think of this or that person as "my" family. Only when people learn to "love all, serve all" could we have a social contract such as yuo suggest.
