I am married for last 6 years. My wife is beautiful. But i dont get any interest in sex with her. Whereas i get aroused when i see other married women. Even ejaculation takes place when i imagine of having sex with some married women even if they are ugly also. When i look at sexy women, i get heavy erection.But same is not the case with my wife. why it is?

It is totally fine to be aroused by seeing married women but you are married. I personally would try some sex games with your wife. If those don't work ask yourself "Do you still love your wife?" If you do then talk to her about it and i bet you she feels the same. If none of the answerer's above help i would suggest couple therapy or divorce.

Well I don't know but I will try to help. Has your wife lost interest in sex ? If that is the case, there may be a medical reason. You don't say how old she is.......if she is an older woman, then it could be many things. It's reasonable to think that if you don't get any sex from your wife, that almost anything would make you get a hard on. Try to save your marriage. Talk to her. Make her talk to you about this.
