The difference is: the first honeymoon is awkward and you don't know what the other likes or doesn't like. The second is better because you know how to please each other and it's more relaxing instead of frustrating.

The second one is more enjoyable because there's not a lot of pressure. You've already gotten used to the relationship and now you're going because you want to, not because it's expected of you. Also, for the second honeymoon, most people have more money to spend because most of the time when people get married they're broke. It seems like a justifiable excuse to go on a vacation. :-D

The second honeymoon is after you've been married a while. Sometimes the kids go along but usually it's more of a getaway just for mom and dad.

it could be 1 yr, 5 yrs, or when ever a couple wants to have a 2nd honeymoon. it should be at the same place where the first one took place. otherwise it would be called a vacation.
