He will use this as a declaration of war on South Korea. Remember the two was one state at one time in history. This will give him the excuse he was looking for to declare war and blame the USA completely for his shortcomings. I think this is childish behavior from a grown man that may be a little off in the head. A nice mental institution would give him his much needed rest. A little shock therapy would bring him around to the realization that you simply do not counterfeit another countries money to build your little toys.

With that crazy loon in charge who knows. I'm sure it will be something that he thinks will scare us. But he is all bark and no bite. He knows we could crush him, especially with Japan and South Korea so ticked off too.
