I certainly think it is Munaf Patel against the West Indies. Isn't it?
I think the Batsman who hit him for those 6 boundaries was none other than Ramnaresh Sarwan.

In Test cricket NO BOWLER IN THE WORLD has conceded Six Sixes. in first class matches Ravi Shastri and Garry Sobers hit six sixes in an over. Sufferer was Nash and Trilokchand. Now about six boundaries, no Indian bowler conceded Six boundaries. BUT Sandip Patil hit Old an English bowler six boundaries. BUT ONE OF THEM WAS A NO BALL.
