well i am contemplating i love the tigers but albert pujols is my favorite player in baseball. so i dont know which way to lean. and as for soch how can u sya the cards have limited hitting. they have pujols rolen eckstien spezio duncan is a young guy that can kill the ball and also taguchi off the bench and molina is a decent percentage hitter. but i must say these tigers pitchers are making some of the best hitters in baseball look like they just came out of college.

Logic would dictate that the Tigers should win it all, but stranger things have happened.. However, what the Tigers did to the Natioal League in interleague play (16-3) and a 3-0 sweep of the Cardinals.. that should give some indication.. The Tiger pitchers have been VERY consistant throughout the season and it has spilled over to the playoffs.. Yesterday was a prime examplle, Jeremy Bonderman got down early, bore down and gave his team a chance to win but shutting down Oakland after the first.. The Tigers were one of th best teams at coming from behind after the seventh inning and I believe they expected to win, even after being down 3-0 and Harden throwing darts through the first four or five innings.. And when a person or a group fully believe and expect to do something, they often do it.. I think they expect to win it all.. I think this team believes they could beat up the 1927 Yankees in a seven game series..

It will be surprising if the Tigers don't breeze through the World Series (maybe a sweep). The Cardinals have limited hitting and worse pitching; the Mets have good hitting but limited pitching. The Tigers are hitting their stride. What a tremendous team!

I would bet my money on it. They have a groove going, kinda like my White Sox last year.
I root for the American league and I will support the Tigers, I want my division to win again.
The Tigers are better in my opinion than St Looey or the Mets.
Put your sheckles on the Tigers, I would be shocked sensless if they didn't win the series!

Yes they will win it all! They have the best pitching left in the playoffs and the hitters are hitting. The American League is the best in baseball the National League is more like quadruple A ball.
Go Tigers!

Yeah... I think they'll win it all! It's about time that Tiger fans didn't have to apologize for being a Tiger fan. We've waited 22 years for this and I think they're going to win it all... regardless of who they play. Right now, they're unstoppable.

The Tigers will win the World Series most likely against the Cards. There is not a team out there that can match Detroit's talent and ambition right now I wouldn't count on a sweep but there is no doubt that Detroit will be World Series Champions
Go TIGERS Go TIGERS Go TIGERS Go TIGERS Go TIGERS Go TIGERS Go TIGERS Go TIGERS Go TIGERS Go TIGERS Go TIGERS Go TIGERS Go TIGERS Go TIGERS Go TIGERS Go TIGERS Go TIGERS Go TIGERS Go TIGERS Go TIGERS Go TIGERS Go TIGERS Go TIGERS Go TIGERS Go TIGERS Go TIGERS Go TIGERS

My money's on them. The only thing that worries me is too much rest. If one of the NL teams can win at 2 if not 3 in a row it maybe enough momentum to get them through it.

It's going to be an interesting series, for sure. Jim Leyland and Tony LaRussa are best friends and think a lot alike when it comes to managing. I'm a Cards fan, but I think this is Detroit's year.
